Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards. Primary Responsibilities:  Primary responsibilities of this position include management, coordination and oversight of UHC-Latino Health Solutions's bi-lingual (English-Spanish) marketing projects and communications initiatives to establish consistency in approach and delivery of both internal and external messages. This includes facilitation of UHC-Latino Health Solutions's  marketing initiatives inclusive of subsidiaries and business units and participating in corporate marketing branding endeavors, oversight of the management of different marketing accounts including media relations, printers, designers and other vendors. Develop, implement and maintain company-wide marketing process. This includes oversight of design and production of any marketing materials as they pertain to corporate projects, trade shows, compliance required communications, as well as communications to UHC employees. Manage required marketing collateral such as enrollment forms, small and large brochure, benefit summaries, posters and other pre-sale documents. Coordinate, manage and participate in company industry trade shows including budgetary planning, travel arrangements, and providing oversight of relationships between trade show and the company. Serve as a customer liaison and account manager between the company and outside contacts/customers in effort to establish and maintain strong relationships with company clients, consultants, state officials, key internal personnel, public relations, media, printers, designers and other vendors. Manage and provide oversight of web-based design, content and updates of UHC-Latino Health Solutions's  internet sites and provide oversight assistance for internal intranet sites. Work with other functional areas on creating new communication materials. Assist other functional areas as needed in the design, copywriting and delivery of business-related marketing collateral pieces. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Fluency and excellent writing and communication ability in both English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field required. Three to five years of combined experience in management, coordination and customer service within the health care marketing industry. Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and strong decision making skills. Ability to work independently. Strong computer skills.
