Responsible for implementation and follow through of all retention programs. Acts as single point of contact for assigned customers to provide information on company service model. Evaluates via home visits - needs, psychosocial/socioeconomic well being of patients and assists in coordination of service delivery. Works with local bleeding disorder chapters. Participates in implementing the overall area marketing/sales/customer service strategy.This position is based out of the Chicago area. Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in health care or related field and 1 + years of public relations or social services, preferably in health care or equivalent.
