> The Community Development Specialist coordinates efforts to cultivate the most benevolent forces in the community, develops and cumulates resources and makes these available to families according to their individualized needs. These efforts are guided by principles which are strength-based, family-centered, community-based and promote independence from the social service system. Outcomes will be measured by quantifiable increases in natural and community supports. This is a part-time position.
RequirementsBachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (B.A./B.S.) Three (3) to five (5) years experience or comparable experience Understanding of wraparound model Excellent marketing skills and knowledge of resources Presentation skills Bilingual (English-Spanish or English-Vietnamese) skills preferred Proficiency and experience in SPARK Program Administration and Project Management preferred Special event planning or public relations experience highly desirablePlease reference job# EMQ3525MON on your cover letter or resume.
