Role Summary Ensure that competitive and effective compensation programs are designed and developed to attract, retain, motivate and reward employee performance. Role Responsibilities ·         Analyze company compensation policies in relation to government wage and hour regulations, prevailing rates for similar jobs in comparable industries or geographic areas, and recommend changes where appropriate to establish and maintain competitive rates. ·        Participate in the development and administration of the employee performance review process to ensure compliance with salary administration guidelines. ·        Evaluate and determine the salary band and level.·        Determine the amount of the annual salary increase program and the implementation plan for all salaried and hourly employees. ·        Design and develop the implementation of the annual Bonus and Variable Compensation programs. ·         Review and evaluate the compensation level of employees to determine the amount of any special or equity salary adjustments. ·         Participate in salary surveys and health industry association meetings to represent the Company and exchange compensation information with other automotive companies to gather data and develop total reward programs. ·         Analyze results of comparison and survey data to develop specific recommendations for review by management.  Years of experience·                 5 years HR experience, 3 of those years in Compensation Formal Education·                  Required: Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field  Basic Skills·                 Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic ·                 Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written ·                 Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software ·                 Integration – joining people, processes or systems ·                 Influencing and negotiation skills ·                 Problem solving ·                 Resource management  Required Skills·         Experience designing and administering company-wide compensation programs, including executive  compensation and pay for performance   Acsys.
