Responsibilities:Formulate, implement, and maintain investment adviser compliance policies and processesAct as a "gatekeeper" of non-public information in connection with certain trading activities and monitor access to third-party information platformsMonitor information barrier and insider trading-related matters, including wall crossings and restricted listsRespond to regulatory inquiries and examinationsConduct internal reviews to test compliance policies and proceduresRefine and implement processes to control and monitor employee personal trading

Qualifications:3+ years experience with institutional investment adviser compliance programsStrong understanding of the SEC expectations for an effective investment adviser compliance program, and practicalGood general understanding of the financial marketsComfortable with technology (both trading and compliance technology); experience with the implementation of compliance requirements into technology infrastructure preferredStrong communication skills (4049B~)
