Assignments will be at various health care client locations across the country, and will involve being onsite, offsite or a combination of both, as needed.


The RRx Contract Healthcare Recruiter has dual reporting: to a designated Hodes Health Care Team Member (RRx Supervisor) and to the client’s designated Manager. The RRx Contract Healthcare Recruiter will represent the assigned facility or system and as such, professional demeanor and interpersonal skills are of the essence.

Working with a RRx Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
* Source, screen and present health care professionals, which will involve extensive phone/personal interaction with candidates, HR management and hiring leaders. No cold calling involved!
* Perform any other job-related duties as requested by the Hodes Health Care Team Member and/or client designated-manager. This may include planning, analysis, strategic skills; analyzing all data provided by client (reports, processes, workflow, etc.) and providing recommendation for systems, forms, and processes required to improve the overall recruitment effort.


* A minimum of 2 years of high volume recruiting experience is needed; health care recruiting experience is a definite plus.
* Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational and prioritizing abilities, good business judgment and ability to work independently are essential.
* Proficiency in the use of HR systems and in candidate database management and mining is required.
