EyeAmerica, a healthcare management organization, has an immediate opening in our Rocky Mount, NC corporate office.  We are a growth driven organization seeking a qualified and motivated Controller with a management vision and hands on execution of the full scope of accounting and financial reporting.  Responsible for a multi-entity, multi-departmental financial statement preparation including: Month / year end close, Financial reporting, Establishing financial controls, Variance analysis, Developing business processes, Implementing cost reduction measures, Special projects, Supervision of accounting and clerical staff, Planning and implementation of budgets and forecasts. 

 The successful candidate will possess:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a staff or management accountant or equivalent experience Departmental management experience and a proven track record of effective supervision and development of staff GAAP experience required CPA preferred, not required Public accounting experience preferred, not required Healthcare experience helpful Proficient in the use of MS Excel and Query Analytically minded and detail oriented
