Corporate Clinical Program Consultant

  Clinical Leadership Opportunity  Devereux, a nation-wide network of behavioral health and human service programs is seeking a full-time, employed Corporate Clinical Program Consultant.  As a member of the Chief Clinical Officer’s team, you will provide corporate-wide leadership and support for the implementation of clinical innovations and emerging best practices.  Devereux is driven by its Philosophy of Care that is anchored by three core principles: individualized service delivery, effective/accountable service delivery and positive approaches.  With a primary focus in Devereux’s Mental Health Programs, you will consult, train, and mentor clinical and program staff across disciplines, modalities, settings and geographic regions.  As a consultant and collaborator, you will influence and support Clinical Directors and program staff to achieve the optimum balance among service quality and consistency and effective utilization of resources.  Opportunities exist within Devereux’s Institute for Clinical Training & Research for developing grant-supported clinical research and teaching in an APA-accredited psychology internship. The “ideal” candidate will be passionate about quality care, be a successful team player, have a strong clinical practice background and a behavioral orientation, demonstrate analytic thinking, have experience in program development and implementation of evidence-based practices, have exceptional professional consulting expertise and be successful as a mentor/teacher.   Qualifications include:  Doctoral Degree with three to five years of direct clinical experience with children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral disorders.  An independent license to practice within your discipline is required.  Additional certification or expertise in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Cognitive Behavioral approaches is desirable, as is some familiarity with individuals with intellectual disabilities/developmental disorders.  Please apply to:  Ronald W.
