We are a leading national healthcare company in need of a Corporate Operations Assistant.  This highly visible position, located at our Corporate Headquarters, collaborates with the all level of personnel nationwide.

 Responsibilities:Provide general administrative, secretarial support to Director of Operations and Senior Level Management Officers.  Support President and Chairman on setting up meetings and teleconferences.Coordinates building maintenance and office management. On a daily basis, walk through the corporate offices to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.Follow up on property management issues with appropriate vendors. Set up company meetings. Prepare agendas, confirm attendance, and print meeting materials. Interact with all levels of management and support staff, clients and vendors, as necessary.Assists in planning company events.Answers telephone and give information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls for the President/Chief Executive Officer and Director of Corporate Operations. Assist in ordering of supplies for the company and its affiliates.Arranges travel schedule and reservations.Files correspondence and other records.

 

 

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume and flexible environment.Computer literate, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet Navigation.
