Corporate Recruiter

Lutheran Social Services of South Central PA, a not-for-profit agency with 900 employees, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter.  The dynamic, innovative, and creative individual we seek will recruit in the demanding healthcare market for all LSS programs.  This person will develop a proactive recruitment strategy, including developing candidate sourcing, literature, advertising, etc.

                                              

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and will possess proficient interpersonal and communication skills.    A minimum of four years’ experience in recruiting is required, preferably in healthcare.
