Corporate Regional Manager

We currently have an opening for a corporate regional manager. This candidate will work closely with designated Per Diem branch managers to assist them in their day to day business operations/performance. They will be responsible for assisting the branch manager in monitoring financial performance through the evaluation and analysis of key financial reports. Through the analysis of reports, the virtual regional manager will be expected to derive the best business plan for the branch, identifying the crucial areas needing attention (e.g. recruiting, staffing, billing, database management, etc) in order to achieve objectives.
The goal will be to help the branch manager achieve sales, gross profit and earnings objectives. In addition, the candidate will be expected to work closely with the field regional manager/director in supporting the per diem branch.

„« Bachelor¡¦s degree in Business Administration preferred
„« Previous experience working in the Healthcare industry preferred
„« At least 3 years experience in business operations and financials a must.
„« Knowledge of key financial terms & reports (e.g. Profit & Loss Statement)
„« Strong commitment and dedication to the position and a Team Player
„« Strong communication (oral and written) skills
„« Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. Advanced knowledge of Excel a must
„« Detail oriented and organized
„« Strong analytical and creative problem solving-ability
