Counselor: Rehabilitation

Full time position available in comprehensive, multidisciplinary rehabilitation program to work with Chronic Pain and Traumatic Brain Injury patients.Administer psychological, neuropsychological, and vocational test batteries; conduct training in compensatory skills development; provide career exploration and job search training activities; assist in developing treatment goals and plans; conduct patient educational sessions; participate in multidisciplinary staffings.  Services are provided in individual, one-on-one, and group settings.  This is an excellent opportunity to work in a team with Neurology, Psychology, Neuropsychology, Physical Medicine, Addiction Counseling, Psychiatry, Vocational Rehabilitation, Nursing, and Recreational Therapy professionals, and is guaranteed to greatly expand an individual's working knowledge with these two very challanging patient populations.  Requires Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or Human Services plus professional post-degree experience.  Familiarity with testing instruments would be ideal, but this is not required as training will be provided.  Position is located in Denver metro area.
