PAMC is seeking an individual for the Credentials/CME Coordinator Position:

 

Responsible for all Credentialing aspects and for coordinating the continuing medical education activities of the Medical Staff in accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws, Policies, Procedures, Joint Commission, IMQ, CMS, COP, ACGME. Familiar with the operations, policies and protocols of the Medical Staff Office with particular emphasis on Credentialing (appointments, reappointments and current document maintenance) and CME Program Accreditation Standards and Requirements.  Familiar with MicroMed Credentialing Software Program.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of Internet.  Detail Oriented.  Able to work independently.  Position also requires attendance at monthly CME Lectures (day and evening) and General Medical Staff Meetings (evenings) twice a years as well as attendance at the quarterly CME/Library Committee Meetings and the ability to take and transcribe CME/Library Committee Minutes and follow-up.
