Customer Care Representative-Medical Office

Job Purpose:

Serves patients by providing service information; resolving patient and service problems. Previous applicants should not apply.



Duties:

* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.



* Opens dialogue with new patient as customers.
* Maintaining & developing new customer referral sources
* Market to existing customers & referrals
* Distributes new patient welcome packages
* Prepares and distributes marketing material for medical practice
* Conducts patient surveys
* Maintains customer records by updating demographic information.

* Resolves patient or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintains patient contact  by processing customer adjustments.
*interface with Physicians, Managers, Attorneys, Unions
* Recommends potential problems or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
