Qualifications:

 

1.  High School Diploma or equivalent

2.  1-2 years customer service experience.

3.  Professional and friendly telephone manner, good listening skills.

4.  Computer proficiency in a Windows environment, with focus on data entry.

5.  Strong organizational skills.

6.  Ability to multi-task.

7. Ability to be flexible, adapt to change and work as a member of a team
