As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for customer service support, which includes handling telephone orders from patients and referral sources, data entry and maintenance of on-going accounts. Requires 2-3 years customer service experience preferably in a call center environment, as well as excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills with a typing speed of 45 wpm for data entry. Must be able to multi-task talking on the phone and perform data entry, switching from multiple screens.
