Customer Service Billing

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent GED3-5 years experience in customer service and insurance billing for medical group and/or hospitalKnowledge and experience with PC based applicationsDemonstrated analytical ability to collect and interpret insurance and contract information.SPECIFIC JOB DETAILS:-Start time of 8:30am and end time of 5:00pm-8 hours per shift-after probation is completed 4 - 10 hour day work week is available-No weekends or holidays-Business casual dress attireDescription: Assists all customers of the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare hospitals and medical group with any questions and concerns presented in regards to the billing and payment for services received. Effectively communicates quality responses to their issues. Updates all patient information to ensure accurate information is recorded and maximizes reimbursement by following all internal processes and procedures.
