To fulfill this role, the Call Centre Representative will: Answer queries and handle problem resolution on pension and health & benefit issues in a call center environment Spend approximately 90% of time on phones, averaging 50 calls per day Sort client mail and respond to participant letters Process coverage changes and send out supporting documentation.
