Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards.Primary Responsibilities: Initiate telephone calls to membership, providers, other insurance companies to gather Coordination of Benefits data. Receive and respond to incoming telephone inquiries. Update database with pertinent information regarding other insurance coverage and third party liability cases. Meet productivity goals established for job responsibilities. Maintain satisfactory level of quality. Keep abreast of new policies and procedures regarding Coordination of Benefits rules and regulations. Educate members on Coordination of Benefits rules and regulations. Verify and gather additional data on identified COB matters. Research and initiate adjustments to claims regarding COB matters. Initiate interdepartmental paper and electronic inquiries. Verify information regarding COB matters. Qualifications:  1+ year data entry experience is required. 1+ year customer service experience required. 1 year experience navigating on a computer (Word and Excel) is preferred. 1+ years experience working in an office environment (regular usage of phones, fax, copy machine, etc) preferred.
