What is the location of this position and hours for this position?

*Clearwater, Florida

*9:00am-6:00pm M-F with one late night per week 10:30-7:30 &

 one Saturday per month

 

What are some specific tasks and duties of the position?

* Responsibilities include making outbound calls to existing patients for supply reorders

in an effort to increase patient compliance.

* Taking inbound calls and resolving any customer issues

* Following up on documentation needed from doctor’s office

What qualifications does someone need to qualify?

Must have:

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Minimum of 1 year experiences in a call center

*Good computer skills

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Comfortable being in a fast paced environment and
