We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative - Tech I to resolve all issues arising with insurance applicant orders from origination to completion of the order.  This position acts as a direct liaison between insurance companies, paramedical companies, insurance applicants and inter-company departments and is required to handle problem resolution for multiple product offerings.

 

Our ideal candidate will possess:

·  High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of prior customer service experience.

·  Accurate typing skills, 30 wpm minimum.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  Detail-oriented and accurate with names/numbers.

·  Excellent organizational and follow through skills.

·  Ability to work independently with little supervision.

·  Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·  Strong ability to multi-task (with PC & Telephone).

·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

·  Demonstrated customer service skills.
