Your responsibilities will include responding to telephone and email inquiries and assisting customers with order placement and tracking, web site nutritional tools usage, and product information. This a "people person" job requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people who are struggling with excess weight. To succeed you'll need the ability to explain the history and recommended usage of Dr. Siegal's COOKIE DIET program and products.
