General Summary:
In this customer service representative position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to customer questions and resolving customer concerns within a call center team. We offer paid training, an excellent benefits program and paid time off.

Job Requirements include:
High school degree or equivalent Able to multi-task Demonstrates effective typing skills Displays a positive, confident attitude Able to navigate within computer systems and programs with multiple screens Effective verbal and written communications skills Able to absorb and apply new and changing information Able to quickly think on one’s feet Highly self-motivated and accountable Able to manage personal stress, can remain calm and controlled in stressful unexpected situations Analytical and problem solving skills Able to sit for long periods of time Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures Responds positively to goal-setting and performance management This class will start on Monday, May 19, 2008 with a training schedule of 8am - 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
