About the Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative/Patient Coordinator to help us achieve our vision of providing the highest possible level of customer service and professionalism.
The primary responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative will include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinates wholesale and consignment orders;
• Services and responds to customer and patient questions, issues and/or concerns
• Ensures timely submission of paperwork and reports
• Updates Delivery Appointments and assists in Surgery Schedule maintenance;
• Accurately answers inquiries from field and sales reps
• Assists in routing faxes to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains distribution logs;
The ideal Customer Service Representative will possess the following:
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Proficient in computers, specifically, Word, Excel, and Windows
• Exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks, complexity, and diversity of customers
• Insurance and medical experience a plus Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $12.00 - $17.00 hourly.
