We are currently looking for patient-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our winning team.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 Answering customer inquiries by telephone regarding verbal reporting of results, concerns of service, failures and other duties to provide customer satisfaction.Reporting laboratory results to clients using established protocols.Maintaining the appropriate records and call history in the patient’s file.Contacting clients to resolve routine matters related to patient testing and result reporting.Using established protocols for reporting client concerns.Understanding the importance of Quality Service and how it is measured.

 

Our ideal candidate will possess:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least one year of experience in a medical or call center environment.Basic typing and computer skillsSome data entry experience preferredCustomer service background preferredMedical terminology helpful. Previous medical or clinical laboratory background preferredMust be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.Must have strong communication skills.  Ability to speak the English language clearly and effectively communicate to callers and peer groups.Ability to handle stressful situations and demonstrate a potential for strong problem solving skills.Must be able to operate basic office equipment.Must be able to demonstrate Integrity and a commitment to values.
