At Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, we understand urgency. But more than speed, we focus our energies on accuracy. Currently we are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for our facility in Horsham, PA. The successful individual will coordinate the efforts of all Client Service Representatives to ensure prompt, courteous and accurate information and assistance is provided to clients, employees and other callers. Handle and coordinate the resolution of more complex questions. Also serve as a resource on technical, procedural and policy matters.

Additional Responsibilities: Constantly promotes high morale, positive attitudes, and professional approach in order to provide pleasant and accurate responses to Nichols Institute client needs.Serves as a resource on technical, procedural and policy matters.Promotes technical and Sales and Marketing liaisons to facilitate timely communication with, and high level service to, our clients.Develops and maintains communications and cross training with other departments to mutually sustain Nichols Institute image and goals.Promotes the continuing education and professional growth of the department's staff.Develops recommendations for and implementing solutions to departmental and client problems.Actively solves client problems with the help of the Manager of Clients Services.Oversees all inside client support services staff members and monitors their performance.Ensures that all STAT results are called immediately and that all telephone reports and abnormal results are called as soon as possible.Interacts with outside field service in order to gauge the level of service provided by the entire laboratory.Oversees the telephone interaction between the inside client support services personnel and the client's offices for the giving of verbal reports and the taking of special requests.Responsible for the supervision of the receptionist, switchboard operators, file clerk, and department assistant and other support personnel.Provides guidance for Field Service Advocates in the division offices for training.Provides direction, training, and development for senior staff.

To qualify for this position you must possess: BA/BS degreeFive plus years previous clinical laboratory experience Technical or Customer service background Medical terminology required Word, Excel, etc. skills
