Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. Coordinate, supervise, and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical, or production team or unit. Impact of work is most often at the team level.Qualifications: High School diploma required; some college preferred. 1+ year in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) required. 2 years experience in customer service required. Claims experience preferred. Claims Payment System knowledge preferred. Experience in the Healthcare industry preferred.
