I am in need of 20 new Enrollment Specialists for the Rosemont call center. We will be looking for the same profile candidate:

Call center experience, preferably healthcare Strong sales/telemarketing experience Collections experience is okay too Willingness to learn Good listening skills, empathy and compassion Pleasant speaking tone Great work ethic, just do it mindset Flexibility, ability to adjust quickly Passion for the product and belief in what we do Competitiveness Enthusiasm Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred

The training is scheduled Monday thru Friday for two weeks with Saturday and Sunday off.

We are looking to fill the following shift: 1:30 – 10:00 pm weekdays and Saturday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. The Welcome Center is closed on Sunday and everyone must work on Saturday. They may choose any other weekday as their second day off.
