DIABETES Out-patient Nurse Clinician

DIABETES OUTPATIENT NURSE CLINICIAN @ PARK PLAZA HOSPITAL

Registered Nurse with diabetes education background will be responsible for outpatient program implementation and other assigned program aspects that address objectives in partnership with American Healthways and the customer. This position requires a committed individual who demonstrates a systems approach to management. The Nurse Clinician will translate business knowledge into behaviors that produce high quality, cost effective outcomes. He/she will build strong outpatient customer relationships, actively explore customer needs, pursue creative solutions to satisfy those needs and monitor results/outcomes on a continual basis.

Qualifications: Must have graduated from an Accredited School of Nursing for Registered Nurse with BSNPrevious two years experience focused in diabetes careCurrent unrestricted TX state nursing licenseAbility to communicate effectively with professionals in diverse disciplinesCertified Diabetes Educator required
