DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL SYSTEMS
Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, has an immediate need for a Director of Financial Systems for their financial systems department in Central New Jersey. Responsibilities for this position include development of the company’s financial systems, including long-term strategy and related processes, as well as acquisitions and conversions. They will also be responsible for maintaining core financial systems and supporting monthly close process, while managing professional staff.
Knowledge of Multi-National ERP Financial System implementation, Foreign Entity accounting and impact, and Hyperion Enterprise are required.
Required experience includes 8 years of relevant experience in the Corporate Finance area, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Information Systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong project management and IT skills. CPA or MBA is a plus!
