We currently have an opening for a Director of Imaging Services. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for and directs overall operations of imaging services (diagnostic, MOB, CT, MRI, US, mammography, special procedures, and cardiac cath lab. Collaborates with Senior Director, Medical Director, and peers to establish and implement departmental goals. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care, and cost effective operations. Establishes departmental goals, meeting departmental and hospital goals. Converts Hospital mission and goals into departmental programs and objectives. Organizes systems and operating procedures which promote Core Values and optimize departmental effectiveness. Sets appropriate priorities for self and staff, establishes and revises action plans with measurable, realistic targets and timetables. Consistently communicates objectives to department members to efficiently achieve goals. Adapts quickly and creatively to institutional initiatives or needs. Participates in strategic planning and special leadership projects with accountable for timely achievement of assigned projects. Applies CHW Core Values to the performance of every job duty. These Values include Dignity, Collaboration, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in health care field, Masters Degree preferred. Minimum of three years management or other leadership experience in comparable setting. LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: Certified Radiology Technologist (CRT) and ARRT preferred.
