DIRECTOR OF MEDICARE SALES & MARKETING

 

Health Plus is a leading NYC based not-for-profit healthcare plan committed to quality healthcare and dedicated to the health and well-being of our culturally diverse communities through partnerships with members, providers, and community-based organizations.

 

We are seeking a dynamic, Marketing and Sales leader to develop, implement, and lead our overall Medicare marketing, communications, and sales plan.  The qualified individual will have proven experience in Medicare Advantage HMO sales and marketing, including establishment of strategic plans to achieve enrollment projections.  This position will develop and support appropriate training and management of our sales team and direct CMS approved advertising and promotional activities for the Health Plan.

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and extensive experience in direct to consumer sales required.Prior success with a new product launch desired. A minimum of 5 years experience in a management role, health care experience, and state licensure to sell Medicare health insurance and valid drivers license are required.
