NETWORK MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR for our IPA Division

Responsibilities:Responsible for network development, network analysis, provider issues resolution, provider education, site visits, joint operations meetings with health plans, and newsletter developmentResponsible for managing the IPA Network Management staff and department's capital and operating budget

Experience:BA in Business Admin, Healthcare Mgmt, Organizational Development or related field2 years experience in provider relations field with managed care organization, IPA, or HMO2 years of management experienceKnowledge of medical terminology, claims payment, contract negotiations, and problem resolution required
