DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES

Excellent opportunity to be in on the ground floor of a new skilled nursing and rehabilitation center opening in Providence, RI. This position oversees the social services department; conduct assessments and psychosocial needs of residents and participates in discharge planning. Requires a RI BSW and prior experience working in a long-term, sub-acute or skilled nursing environment. RI mental health independent license, excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with nursing staff and other departments.
