DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL PROJECTS - NURSING*

This position is responsible for Special Projects within Nursing in support of the Organizational Goals. This position provides support for the VP Patient Care Services in the areas of policy issues, daily operational issues, data collection and analysis as required, patient communication systems, and community and professional activities. Collaborates with Directors, Nurse Managers, Educators to ensure successful design, implementation and evaluation of projects.

Requires a Masters degree from an approved School of Nursing, Healthcare Administration or other related field. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin. Three to five years clinical nursing experience as well as previous leadership experience is required. Must demonstrate effective communication skills and possess strong analytical abilities.
