DIRECTOR - PLANT OPERATIONS

A large healthcare organization is seeking a Director for Plant Operations to be responsible for all administrative duties of the Plant Operations Department including: budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, interviewing and employee evaluations. The successful candidate will supervise the technical aspects of the department including: quality assurance, safety, preventative maintenance, emergency management control system, understanding JCAHO requirements and the ability to manage multiple construction projects at one time. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Ten years experience as a mid-level manager in a health care setting required. Five years management experience preferred. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems preferred. This position is full time with excellent benefits (31st day of employment) and is located in Northwest Houston.
