DIRECTOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT & PATIENT SAFETY*

Under the direction of the Joint Quality Office, this position is responsible for hospital-wide quality assessment and improvement activities, public reporting, regulatory readiness, preparation for Joint Commission and other accreditations, infection control and patient safety.
Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of healthcare quality management experience with quality management, regulatory and accreditation oversight. Minimum of 5 years experience in an acute care setting. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and IT skills necessary. Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.Requires a Masters Degree in Nursing or related Healthcare field. CPHQ certification required within one year of employment.
