DIVISION MANAGER

Strong manager and leader needed for a national healthcare staffing office in Columbus, Ohio.  The person in this role must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. The Division Manager is a high profile position that reports directly to the Regional Vice President. Supplemental Healthcare is a national company, headquartered in Park City, Utah.  Responsibilities will include the following: Develop and grow a client base   Use his/her proven sales and/or medical background to develop and grow his/her office client base by selling senior-level consulting services to create superior staffing solutions. Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers for the purpose of selling our services to prospective healthcare clients and build on existing client relationships. Lead the team in recruiting, interviewing, and placing highly skilled nursing professionals at our client sites.   Develop a marketing and recruitment plan that will expand areas of business.  Must be able to execute on plan and achieve business unit goals.Responsible for increasing presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations, job fairs, and events.   Solve specific client staffing needs with a creative approach.  Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.   Must be familiar with P&L management and be able to motivate a group of individuals to achieve daily and weekly activity goals.  Conduct performance evaluations and coach each team member on a weekly basis for development and promotion.
