Job Title: Sourcing Analyst

Description:

Providing dedicated support to one of our large clients for the following:

-  Review, analyze, and present hospital department spend data

-  Develop working knowledge of vendor contracts, products, and processes including a client-defined sourcing management process

-  Conduct data collection, scrubbing and translation into useable formats to generate reports such as creating comparative analysis scenarios, identifying cost saving opportunities, and pricing issues

-  Research and determine best methodologies to present expense opportunity, current process, market dynamics, product changes, supplier data, and other information to client

-  Monitor process compliance to document savings and process improvements

-  Assist in developing detailed documentation to document processes and provide an audit trail of decisions and methodologies used by client teams in the selection of suppliers

-  Partner with other members of the client team, within Broadlane, and within the client organization to cultivate successful working relationships, align people and processes, and identify workplace efficiencies to add value

-  Assist in managing day-to-day supplier relationships

-  Participate with key client team members in supplier business reviews to address issues concerning products and utilization, as well as data reporting

-  Create presentation materials for monthly client meetings

 

Required Skills:
Experience analyzing and reporting on data

High level of proficiency in Excel

Prior relevant experience

Ability to manage multiple projects and job assignments

Excellent communication skills

Experience presenting to group audience

Bachelor's degree, prefer supply chain, business, or mathematics
