We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with the ability to produce and present consistent and accurate financial reporting to executive level management (CEO, CFO, COO) and HealthServicesNW clients. This professional will maintain and provide the executive reporting and benchmarking statistics that will drive business development and change at HealthServicesNW. We need someone that can pull from a complex financial puzzle an accurately picture of HSNW’ accomplishments and global performance.

Who we are!
HealthServicesNW provides patient financial services to health care facilities in Washington. Jointly owned by Providence Health System and Swedish Health Services, it provides business office support to Providence and Swedish hospitals and long-term care facilities in Washington. That support includes hospital and patient billing, customer service, insurance claims collection and account maintenance.

In this position you will quickly develop a thorough understanding of the HSNW Revenue Cycle process, and use this knowledge paired with your skill at using analytic reporting tools to generate standard and ad-hoc reports. This accurate reporting may lead to recommendations for re-direction of operational attention if warranted. This professional’s knowledge will span all areas of HSNW including Billing, Financial Control, Customer Service, Claims Collection, and Systems.

Specific Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent work experience that has provided you the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform highly accurate and detailed reporting that will directly influence the business strategy of a successful, growing business. Medical Revenue Cycle Management/Analysis experience is highly preferred.

Candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of the following Microsoft Applications: Access, Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Able to effectively deal with rapid change in a positive manner and successfully work in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated excellence in the areas of organization, planning, analysis and research. Ability to use queries and a variety of sources to produce cohesive and highly accurate reports. Experience utilizing pivot tables and graphs to present data.
