At Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, we understand urgency. But more than speed, we focus our energies on accuracy. Currently, we seek a Data Entry Supervisor for our Lenexa, KS facility. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of the Case Management department.  Responsible for monitoring productivity and quality within the department and ensuring staff meet client requirements on a daily basis.  Responsible for distributing reports to department management.

 

Our ideal candidate will possess:High School Diploma or equivalent with two years experience within the life insurance industry and one year in a leadership or supervisory role.Good project management and team building skillsExcellent interpersonal communication skillsAccurate and detail orientedAbility to quickly adapt to a changing work environmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications
