Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards. Primary Responsibilities: Load new provider demographic and contract linkage information, perform provider data maintenance, execute special projects, and complete claim testing related to provider demographic or rate issues. Accurate and timely loading of systems using applicable tools. Perform data maintenance including, but not limited to, Par and Non Par demographics, panels, etc. (work MCCF queue, 1099 Reconciliation, Fraud and Abuse, Return mail, Letters, Checks, B Notice). Track system loading and maintenance requests via tracking database. Execute claim testing based on parameters established by the Contracting Support Specialist (CSS). Define requirements to test mass system updates and one-shots. Execute special projects/initiatives and data clean up. Work with the CSS to create contract or provider specific Policies & Procedures. Utilize all system enhancements and process changes to full capacity. Qualifications: Knowledge of the following preferred: COSMOS UNET EPD TOPS Preference Access Excel Word Intranet Lotus Notes PMW Knowledge of business processes that impact demographic loading: Provider Relations Member Services Care Coordination Fraud & Abuse Knowledge of medical coding: HCPCS CPT-4 Revenue DRG ICD-9 Good communication, teamwork, problem solving, and trouble shooting skills Strong attention to detail Self starter who needs minimal direction Ability to process test claims and run certain data regressions.Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere:  equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
