Data Security Analyst

HealthFitness the leading provider of employee health improvement services to Fortune 500 companies, the health care industry and individual customers is seeking a high performance individual to join the HealthFitness Network Security Team at our Plano, TX corporate office.  The position requires candidates that desire a challenging, fast paced growth environment.

 

Responsibilities: Combine security methodologies with business and program management to provide comprehensive security reviews and assessments to our clients Document processes, procedures, and best practices.  Assist with SOX testing Perform network security audits at client requests Monitor and implement security processes and procedures Develops, documents, and ensures SOX and HIPAA compliance procedures are being followed Assist in monitoring and implementing security standards to ensure compliance standards are met and maintained



Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience with security documentation, security audits, and data security standards Understanding of one or more regulatory areas, including but not limited to HIPAA, ISO 17799 and/or 20072, SOX, etc Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of clients with varying degrees of technical expertise Working understanding of firewalls, network architecture, security policy structure and the ability to interpret technical diagrams Advanced knowledge of network and pc desktop applications
