EDUCATION: Bachelors Preferred HS/GED Required
EXPERIENCE: Proficient in PC based: Microsoft Office including: Word,Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,Visio, Access
and Project. Knowledge of construction process and terminology preferred; Knowledge of contract furniture and furnishings terminology preferred; Ability to read architectural floor plans preferred

Develop detailed specifications for furniture and furnishings., finish schedule and finish Legend matrices. Initiate and expedite purchase and capital requisitions for furniture and furnishing acquisitions. Work with finance and purchasing departments to facilitate process.
