Newly formed dialysis company located in Media, PA is looking for an experienced ITProfessional to work in an exciting and dynamic environment offering flexibleschedules, growth potential, great pay and benefits- including 5 1/2 weeks paidtime off per year.
Overview: Searching for highly motivated, skilled ITProfessional to provide Desktop/Help Desk Support to a growing DialysisCompany.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Desktop/Phone Support for local and remoteemployees
- Order, Configure, and Deploy new IT Hardware andSoftware
- Assist in Network, Printer troubleshooting and set-upwhen needed
- Coordinate New Hires, Terminations, Move, Adds, andChanges as needed
- Maintain Nightly back-ups of Data Center
- Travel to remote sites, to provide pc and network set-up-when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and/orExperience:
- Associate Degree orcertificate from a Junior College or Technical College; 4-year degreepreferred.
- a minimum of 2 years experiencein a technical customer support role, supporting end-user technology in aMicrosoft Windows environment.
Desired Skills:
- Operating Systems: Windows XP, Server 2003
- Network:LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, Wireless
- Software: MS Office Suite 2003, I.E, Exchange, Outlook, Backup Exec
- Hardware: Compaq and Dell Desktop and Laptop PC's, HP/Brother Printers,
- AdditionalTools: Active Directory, Backup Exec
AdditionalQualifications:
- Ability to learn and lead others
- Prior Healthcare Experience, a plus
- DCSE, MCSE, MCP, CCNA, a plus
- Exceptional Customer Service and Support Skills
