Over the years we have steadily grown from a small general hospital to a 247-bed regional medical center at the forefront of Cardiac Care. Development Associate

 

You will be expected to cultivate and solicit assigned donors and prospects to increase the major donor base of the Hospital. Oversee and maintain the process of completing competitive grant applications through collaboration with the PR/Marketing and Volunteer resources. Collect and synthesize information on grant-making corporations, foundations and government agencies that fund programs/projects that support the Strategic Goals and Objectives of Pocono Health System. A Bachelors Degree in related field required along with 3-5 years experience in fund raising, sales or marketing. Excellent written and oral communication skills are expected along with superior computer/internet search capabilities, planning and organization skills.
