Dietary Supervisor and Registered Dietitian

Come join our team! SunBridge Care and Rehab for Moses Lake is seeking a Full Time Dietary Supervisor and a Part Time Registered Dietitan (16-20 hours a week) for our 80 bed center located in Moses Lake, WA.

Dietary Supervisor must have completed a Dietetic Tech. or Deitetic Assistant Program approved by the American Deitetic Training Program Association. 

Some responsibilities include: Nutritional documentation for each resident and overseeing the functions of the Nutritional Services Department. Also serves as a liaison between the Nutritional Services and Nursing Services.

Some Essential Position Duties
Develops a cohesive nutritional team by leading, motivating and supporting staff in daily operation. Supports a positive and professional image through leadership activities that emulates the organization’s mission statement and encourages a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. Assists in Nutritional Services staff in the interpretation of use of departmental policies, procedures, systems, equipment and supplies.



Requirements
* Must possess current registration and licensure (if applicable)
* Previous Experience in Long Term Care consulting and/or regulatory oversight
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Food Service Management experience
