Responsible for the overall success of all aspects of dining services department. This is a "hands-on" position. Responsibilities include: Oversee and manage the day to day food service operation of our facility Hire, train, manage and motivate the Food Service Staff with a strong emphasis on the culinary staff Manage the departmental budget Overseeing billing of resident food charges

We seek the following qualifications: * College degree in hospitality or equivalent experience* Must have four (4) years experience in hospitality management, preferably in the retirement community industry. * Must possess strong communication skills, be able to multi-task.* Experience in supervising staff and scheduling.* Proficiency with computers and software programs to include Microsoft Office required.* Must have strong culinary skills with the ability to train, manage, and develop culinary staff.
