JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8-5; Days of work: M-F SUMMARY: Director- Performance Tracking and Joint Venture Relations is responsible for the planning, coordination, financial and operational integration and of all joint venture relationships, new business opportunities, operational performance and other third party relationships reporting to the Ambulatory Services division of OhioHealth. REQUIREMENTS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMaster¿s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGEVery strong oral and written communication skills. Strong personal presence with professional personnel. Strong group facilitation skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities in pressured environments. Effective use of personal computer technology for generating reports, trending information and creating presentations. Demonstrated emphasis on customer service and the creating of a customer-focused environment. Expert at primary and secondary data analysis. Demonstrated strategic and/or marketing plan development experience. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, client¿s customers and the general public. Proficiency in process improvement methodology. Working knowledge of consumer behavior. Experience managing external vendor relationships (e.g., advertising agencies, consultants, research suppliers.)KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCE8-10 years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience.
