JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: DAY SHIFT; Days of work: M-F SUMMARY: This position is responsible and accountable for the coordination and integration of all programs, functions and systems relating and interfacing with the nursing care of patients undergoing surgical/laser intervention. He/She plans, organizes, controls and directs the delivery of the highest quality patient care in a cost effective manner via effective use of material and human resources. This position effectively interacts with all staff, physicians and departments to provide a cohesive atmosphere for optimum patient care. REQUIREMENTS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of accredited School of Nursing with a current Ohio license. BS in Nursing or related field. Communication, budgetary and business skills. 7 yrs experience with 5 yrs in management.
